- Preface:
The promoter of this consumer promotion offer is Alcobrew Distilleries India Ltd having corporate office at 6th floor, Magnum Tower-2, sector 58, Golf course extension road, Gurugram, Haryana-122101. Entry to this promotion offer is free and available to the Golfer’s Shot Consumer. Please note that closing date for entry will be 22nd March 2026, 11:59 pm. After this date no further entries to the promotion offer will be permitted. - Consent and Acceptance of Terms :
By scanning the QR Code and entering the required details on the microsite, the participant voluntarily provides consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Offer shall be deemed as an acknowledgment that the participant has read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. The Terms and Conditions are always available on the microsite for reference, and it is the responsibility of the participant to review them prior to and during participation. - Eligibility:
3.1 This promotional offer (“offer”) is open only to individuals who are residents of State of Haryana, India only. Participants must be of legal age of drinking as applicable in the State of Haryana. Proof of age may be required.3.2 Employees, Agents, distributors and retailers of Alcobrew Distilleries India Ltd. and their immediate family members and anyone otherwise connected with the company are not eligible to participate.
- Entry to Offer:
4.1 To participate, consumers must purchase a 750 ml pack of Golfer’s Shot from the authorised retailer/vend licensed by the Government authorities as per law.
4.2 750ml Bottle of Golfer’s Shot will have neck tags with scratch unique codes with a generic QR code leading to the GS microsite.
4.3 Participant must scan the QR code printed on the pack necktag, which will redirect them to the designated microsite which host these terms and conditions.
4.4 On the microsite, Participants are required to enter:
Name
Phone number
City (within Haryana)
Unique scratch/coupon code
- Offer Mechanics:
5.1 Upon successful entry, participants will have the chance to get the instant cashback ranging from Rs 50/- to Rs 800/- with an option of “better luck next time” as the chances of getting cashback/option is randomly allotted.
5.2 The term “Better Luck Next Time” in the promotion, means no cashback will be awarded for that entry. Cashback amounts are determined randomly and are final. (refer 5.1)
5.3 Participant also agree that Company will not be responsible in case, cashback is credited in the wallet or account of the Participant for whatever reason.
- Cashback Redemption/Gift:
6.1 Cashback will be credited via digital payment methods (e.g., UPI, wallet transfer, or bank transfer) to the payment method provided during entry.
6.2 Participants must ensure that the details entered are accurate. Company will not be responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect information.
6.3 Cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash other than as specified.
- Grand Prize Draw:
7.1 All participants will be entered for the draw for MakeMyTrip luxury hotel vouchers.
7.2 Weekly winners will be selected and notified via WhatsApp with MMT voucher details.
7.3 The Voucher will be valid for 1 year from the date of receiving.
7.4 The Voucher will be redeemed only for Hotel bookings only, not for flights and any other bookings available on MakeMyTrip Website.
7.5 In case of cancellations where the Voucher card validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by the Gift Card.
7.6 MakeMyTrip is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
7.7 MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny or accepting any Voucher Card if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
7.8 In no event the liability of MakeMyTrip for any claims shall exceed the value of the card.
7.9 Visuals & images used in the promotion creatives are visual representation only and not actual location images of any destinations mentioned in the communication.
7.10 The prizes / gift items of the Participant are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and Alcobrew Distilleries India Ltd. reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- General Conditions:
8.1 This Offer is valid only within the State of Haryana and only for purchases of 750 ml packs of Golfer’s Shot.
8.2 12 entries are permitted with 1 mobile number, provided each entry is made with a separate valid scratch/coupon code.
8.3 Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of entries and disqualify any participant found to be tampering, misusing, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
8.4 The Company shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. They also reserve the right to cancel this Offer if circumstances arise outside of its control. Company’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
8.5 This Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Alcobrew Distilleries India Ltd. and not to any other party.
8.6 Participant agree that the Company is not knowingly solicited information from children under 21 years of age, by using the services herein and entering the detail, scanning the QR Code, Participant represents that participant is at least 21 years of age or more and legally competent to bind himself/herself under the contract in terms of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and fulfil the age of drinking as permissible under applicable excise laws of the jurisdiction.
8.7 Participant acknowledges that while surfing or using the website, Participant may be directed to another website which has their policy, terms and conditions and Participant agree to bind himself/herself with such contract with such website and Company shall not be held responsible for any breach thereof and entrant expressly waive off all such claim against the Company.
8.8 This promotion offer is not available in the State of Tamil Nadu (due to the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act 1979) and other States wherever Prohibited by Law.
8.9 This Offer cannot be clubbed or exchanged with any other on-going offer or promotion on Golfer’s Shot whisky.
- Liability:
9.1 Company shall not be liable for any technical errors, network issues, or failures in microsite access, QR code scanning, or cashback transfer.
9.2 By participating, Participant agrees that Company will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Offer.
- Privacy:
10.1 Personal information collected (name, phone number, email ID, city) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Offer and sharing information of other offers of the Company.
10.2 Company will not share consumer data with third parties except as required for cashback processing or by law.
10.3 Participant in unequivocal terms agrees and expressly gives his/her consent that Company can use his/her image/photo in its social media post on any public medium Company can send information about other offer to the Participant at his/her mobile and email and the Participant hereby provides explicit consent to receive such communications, and the same shall not constitute or be deemed to constitute a violation of any applicable provisions under the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations, including but not limited to the Do Not Disturb (DND) guidelines.
10.4 Participant agrees that he/she is giving information voluntarily and acknowledge that the Company would make all efforts to ensure the accuracy and security of data which Entrant voluntary share with the Company, however, Company shall not be held responsible for any security lapse and Entrant are sharing the information voluntarily and for his/her benefit at his/her peril and without any force, coercion, undue influence from the Company.
10.5 Participant is made aware that Company will keep the information for as long as it is necessary as per its discretion, however, if Participant desire Company to delete the information, Participant is encouraged to intimate Company by way of sending email on consumercare@alcobrew.com, Company cannot assure Participant that his/her information will be isolated and deleted from all backup data.
- Governing Law:
11.1 This Offer is governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
